We do our things with great passion and a lot of time to be able to offer you the best purchase you can possibly imagine. Please note this before you order. If you are unsure about the size or an article check the size tables or write to us at register@viennaheels.com In case something does not really fit you, of course you can send it back us. If so, please send us an e-mail with your order number/proof of payment and the exact reason for the return. Since we are still so small, we cannot add any return labels. The return shipment and all additional costs have to be paid by yourself. Thank you for your understanding. As soon as we have received your package, you will receive your money in the same way as you sent it to us. If you would like to have a different product or a different size, just order again.

How do I find the right size?

Most of our items are oversized. You can find a size chart in the product photos for each item. If you are not sure about your size, we are happy to help you, just contact us over register@viennaheels.com

You can easily pay with your normal bank card (if you've activated online banking), your credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Yes! You just have to cover the fees by yourself.

How much does shipping cost?

Why is the standard shipping time 31 days?

Accepted Answer

Since we only print to order to waste as little materials as possible, we need two to four weeks shipping time. Also, we pack everything by hand with a loads of love. DHL shipping times also vary - especially during COVID-19 and shipping delays caused by economical irregularities. Your order can be with you in seven days, but in emergencies unfortunately also in 31 days. As soon as your package is packed and handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number from DHL.

Why is everything sold out?

Due to exclusivity and environmental awareness we decided to run our Vienna Heels collections relatively small, which is why they can sell out quickly. If that's the case, check out our Instagram account. If we are planning a replenishment, we will announce it there. If not, don't worry, the next collection will be coming soon <3
