Since we only print to order to waste as little materials as possible, we need two to four weeks shipping time. Also, we pack everything by hand with a loads of love. DHL shipping times also vary - especially during COVID-19 and shipping delays caused by economical irregularities. Your order can be with you in seven days, but in emergencies unfortunately also in 31 days. As soon as your package is packed and handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number from DHL.

Due to exclusivity and environmental awareness we decided to run our Vienna Heels collections relatively small, which is why they can sell out quickly. If that's the case, check out our Instagram account. If we are planning a replenishment, we will announce it there. If not, don't worry, the next collection will be coming soon <3

As soon as you have successfully completed your order, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail from our system in which we will send you all important information again. If you haven't received this e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you can't find any email from us there, please send us an email to register@viennaheels.com with the headline "MERCH" to make sure that your order can be processed successfully.

In case something does not really fit you, of course you can send it back us. If so, please send us an e-mail with your order number/proof of payment and the exact reason for the return. Since we are still so small, we cannot add any return labels. The return shipment and all additional costs have to be paid by yourself. Thank you for your understanding.

As soon as we have received your package, you will receive your money in the same way as you sent it to us. If you would like to have a different product or a different size, just order again.
